1. Why do I have to choose a denomination when signing up?

Choosing a denomination (also called belief tags) helps keep everyone safe and informed. It allows us to provide a clearer experience by showing users who they're connecting with and helps protect new believers from mixed teachings. We don't use this information to divide — we use it to build trust, transparency, and spiritual accountability in the community.

2. Are other faiths welcome on BibleNOW?

BibleNOW is built for those who believe the Bible is the Word of God — fully inspired and without error. While we welcome respectful visitors, the community is designed for Believers seeking truth, growth, and fellowship in line with Scripture. We kindly ask that all participants honor that purpose.

3. Is BibleNOW free to use?

Yes! You can read, study, connect, and learn on BibleNOW for free. We also offer optional paid features like verified subscriptions, course enrollments, and Bible-based content to support the platform and its mission.

4. Can I use BibleNOW without sharing personal information?

We ask for basic profile information like your first name, location, and church to help build a safe and trustworthy community. You can control your visibility settings and choose what you want others to see.

5. What if I don't see my denomination listed?

You can select "Request to Add" and submit a request to add your denomination. We review each request carefully to maintain doctrinal clarity and protect the integrity of our community. Please also feel free to select the denomination or movement that closely aligns with what you identify as.

6. I'm new to the faith. Is BibleNOW right for me?

Absolutely! 🙌 BibleNOW is a great place for new believers to grow in Scripture, find mentorship, and avoid confusion in today's noisy spiritual world. You'll find Bible tools, studies, and community support ready to walk with you.

7. Is my activity or data shared with others?

No. Your data is never sold or used for outside advertising. BibleNOW is built on ethical, privacy-conscious technology. You control your profile, your learning progress, and your connections.

8. What if I need help or want to report an issue?

You can contact our support team any time at support@biblenow.io. We usually respond within 1–2 business days. If it's urgent, be sure to mark your message clearly in the subject line.

9. I am an atheist. Can I join BibleNOW?

At this time, we do not advise joining BibleNOW if you do not believe in the Bible. During sign-up, you are required to choose a denomination or doctrinal affiliation, and selecting one that does not reflect your actual beliefs would be considered dishonest. For that reason, profiles created under false representation may be removed to protect the integrity and purpose of the community.

10. Can I use BibleNOW to convince users to join my group or denomination?

Please don't. 🙏

All users on BibleNOW are self-identified Christians or Bible believers. There is no recruitment necessary on this platform. While you are welcome to represent your denomination or group respectfully, any efforts to pressure, recruit, or aggressively persuade other members into your specific doctrine, church, or movement are strictly against the rules.

You may share your beliefs openly when asked or in respectful discussions, but any user or representative found attempting to recruit others will have their profile removed to protect the community's safety and focus.

11. I want to grow my denomination, church, or movement. Can I use BibleNOW to do so?

We encourage users to get verified and use all the tools BibleNOW offers — posts, studies, livestreams, and more — to support and bless the community. 📖✨

However, using these mediums primarily as a tool to grow your church, denomination, or movement is considered dishonest and is not the purpose of this platform. Growth is a good thing, and we celebrate the success of your work. But here on BibleNOW, the focus must always be to honor God, edify believers, and stay true to the mission of lifting up Scripture — not simply building numbers.

12. Why does BibleNOW allow cults or questionable groups?

We understand the concern — and we also anticipate the many disagreements and factions within the broader Christian world. That's exactly why BibleNOW was designed with a robust labeling and tagging system that helps keep believers both united and distinct on this platform.

If you do not wish to see posts or activity from a particular denomination, sect, or group, please visit your Stewardship Panel to shield (block) them. ✝️ This helps protect your personal experience without causing conflict, and it allows the platform to remain open yet guarded.

We ask that all users engage with respectful language and a spirit of discernment. Our goal is to build a space where serious Bible-believers can thrive — even when we disagree.
